I originally got into the business because I wanted a flexible schedule and to be my own boss. While I loved my ten-year career in marketing, I often traveled and missed my kids’ life events. Now I’m able to arrange my day so that I can attend my children’s events, volunteer, and be present for the important moments in their lives.

I’m a graduate of the University of Georgia with a Bachelor degree in Business Administration and Marketing. I spent over a decade leading a team at Havas Sports & Entertainment, an integrated campaign marketing company for some of the largest companies in the world including Coca-Cola, Delta Airlines, Nike, and Yahoo. My background in marketing and campaign management brings a unique set of leadership skills and professionalism to our clients.
I chose Keller Williams because of the culture which is built around the concept of helping others to truly get the most out of your career. The technology, training, and brokerage support are all important to me which Keller Williams provides at a high level, while having the opportunity to make a real difference and change people’s lives. In addition, I love the opportunity to be part of the Agent Leadership Council (ALC) that is made up of a team from the top 20% of agents in each office. I’m passionate about being actively involved in the leadership decisions in our office to inspire, motivate, & help others.
My favorite part of real estate is having the opportunity to meet new people and the personal relationships created with each of them. It’s a rewarding experience to be their guide so they can make informed decisions and to help our clients meet their real estate goals. I love getting to learn about what is important to our clients along with the stories & memories created through home ownership. I have a passion for teaching and helping others and am devoted to guiding people through the often-complicated process of buying and selling a home. We have the best clients and they remain part of our lives long after the transaction is over.
When I’m not working, I love hiking, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. I enjoy meeting new people and learning about their history, culture, and getting to know them through their stories. I’m passionate about my health and always up for a new challenge, so I joined my neighborhood woman’s tennis team and love the Peleton. You can find me volunteering at MUST Ministries a local charity that is dedicated to helping homeless and struggling individuals and families with food, clothing, housing, employment, and other needs.
WHY USE AN AGENT TO SELL
When the market is favoring the Seller, it may seem like a slam-dunk to sell a home. But there are so many ways things can go wrong for a seller who tries to represent themselves in selling a home.
The legal aspects of the contract alone are getting harder to navigate and seller’s need a professional that can write a solid contract, protecting their interests. In this fast market, of an average of 15 days or less, on the market, using an Agent is more likely to get a fair market value for your home, assist with qualified buyers, and make sure your investment is represented properly and sold.
WHY USE AN AGENT TO BUY
-
They have a ton of training! Buying a home requires lots of forms, reports, documents, disclosures, and other technical stuff. Agents can help you prepare an offer, advise you with contingencies, avoid costly mistakes, and delays in the process.
-
Real Estate Agents have even more search power than you do when it comes to finding listings that fit your criteria.
-
They know how to negotiate. It’s their job to help you be successful in this market. Knowing what to negotiate and what favors not to ask is part of their skill set.
-
They are connected to everyone in the industry. Agents make it their job to know everyone that can possibly help in the process of buying. Mortgage brokers, real estate attorneys, home inspectors, stagers, and more, are in their network.
-
Whether you are buying from a friend or relative, you should have someone that has your back representing your interests. Buying a home is one of the largest purchases you will ever make.
