We had worked with Teresa for over a year. We were really unsure of where we wanted to start. New build, or not. Location.. we were unsure of three different locations. However, Teresa helped us from the beginning to help narrow it down. We chose on the new build route. We had some difficulties due to the builder and if it weren't for Teresa we might have lost faith in pursuing our Dream home. We didn't have to deal with as many stresses as I have heard from other buyers using the same builder because Teresa handled it for us. She insured that we were protected and everything was written to do so. She was kind, respectful, easy to talk to and fought for us to get our dream home. We are sooo happy in our new home!
